CTC Mechanical Contractors successfully completed a rooftop HVAC equipment re-installation into reroofing project, including the fabrication and setup of new sheet metal ductwork and custom exhaust termination. The project scope included the replacement of the existing condenser, RTU's connection of refrigerant and drain lines, exposed Chiller water lines and secure mounting of the new unit on an elevated support frame.

Our technicians performed all piping, and mechanical connections, ensuring the system was properly sealed and fully operational. The custom-fabricated curbs, stands, lineset jackets was designed to withstand Florida’s outdoor conditions while maintaining optimal airflow and equipment protection.
