CTC Mechanical Contractors installed a new underground chilled water piping system for both supply and return lines, including all associated components. The project also involved the installation of new chilled water piping from the Air Handling Unit (AHU) to the connection point, with provisions for future expansion through dedicated piping caps.



All pump inlet and outlet connections were replaced with new like-for-like piping components, ensuring system integrity and reliability. Existing chilled water equipment was flushed, cleaned, and re-used where feasible to optimize project efficiency and cost savings.
