CTC Mechanical Contractors completed a highly technical HVAC installation project involving the installation of linear slot diffusers on a ceiling more than 36 feet high. The scope included precise alignment, suspension, and integrationof the new diffusers into a complex architectural ceiling system within a large commercial facility.

Working at this elevation required specialized lift equipment, custom mounting solutions, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Each diffuser was installed with millimeter accuracy to maintain both the architectural symmetry of the ceiling and the efficiency of the air distribution system.

In addition to the installation itself, the team ensured proper balancing of airflow, sealing of duct connections, and testing of the HVAC performance to verify even temperature distribution throughout the space. Despite the challenges of height and access, the project was completed on schedule and without disruption to the client’s operations.
